Immersed in a garden of Mediterranean pines overlooking the sea, with direct private access to the sea, built in the typical architecture of the Salento pajare, this vintage but comfortable villa stands out, with its sparkling white under the Salento sun, against the blue dark Ionian and the light blue of the sky.
With a large living room / kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom with tub, this house – which has been practically unused for several years before we rediscovered it to restore it to its original splendor – amazes for its tranquility, for its large and Mediterranean garden, for breathtaking sunsets to admire from the large terrace a few meters from the sea.
In case of need, there is also an additional single bed in the hallway to access the bedrooms. There is no TV and for those who want to disconnect completely from their devices just ignore the email with the WiFi password that we will send you.

In the same property, at a suitable distance, there is another slightly smaller villa (two bedrooms instead of three + two single beds in the living room). Larger groups or large families can book both houses, so as to have exclusive use of the 7000 square meter garden.
