In Santa Maria di Leuca, close to the beautiful bay of Marina di Felloniche, stands an exclusive beachfront property with direct access.
The house, entirely built with modern design, offers its guests a spectacular location, in fact it is located in a plot of about 3000 square meters fully fenced with stone walls, with private entrance with automated gate and more direct access to the sea, all closed by relative gates.

Inside the property, in addition to having a large porch where you can safely place your cars in the shade, there is a complex consisting of a central body where there is a dining room with its kitchen in modern style, equipped with air conditioning, sound system (the same system regulated sector you will find it in all the rooms of the house and also in the outdoor spaces), TV, fridge, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, a table with chairs and a sofa bed that can become a comfortable double bed. The kitchen has all the furniture, pots and pans and crockery.
In the same central building there is a bathroom with shower with hot water, a large air-conditioned bedroom where there is a double bed and a sofa bed that becomes a comfortable bunk bed.
Outside the main building there are two large porches, one facing the sea with table and chairs and one facing the pool, also equipped with table and chairs. A few steps from the porch there is a barbecue with its table, kitchen 4 burners and sink, all made entirely of stone! On the back of the same building there is a comfortable staircase that leads to a lookout overlooking the sea with Jacuzzi, ideal to enjoy the view of truly breathtaking sunsets in absolute relaxation.

In the immediate vicinity there is an outbuilding consisting of a kitchen, a porch, two bedrooms with air conditioning and also equipped with sound system, safe, TV and alarm system with telephone dialer.
One of the two rooms has a double bed and a sofa that can turn into a bunk bed. The other room consists of a double bed and a single bed. Each room has its own bathroom with shower with hot water.
Outside the dependence there are two beautiful outdoor showers very large also equipped with hot water and entirely covered in stone.
There is also a small laundry room with washing machine.
The villa also has a swimming pool with dimensions of 8 meters by 4 and with a depth of 1.3 meters, usable even the smallest thanks to a convenient staircase located near the pool;
Villa Eva can accommodate up to a maximum of 15 beds.

Extra cost per night: Jacuzzi (€40) and heated swimming pool (€50).
Available upon request with an extra charge for the entire stay: Pets (€23 per pet), bed/bath linen (€20 per person), high chair (€20) and camping cot (€30).
