Inside one of the most impressive villas on the coast, there is an excellent portion of the property entirely available to guests.
The villa is currently divided into several detached apartments. At the back of the villa, there are two adjoining units with a private courtyard, an air-conditioned living room with a table that can be converted into a billiard table, and two apartments located on either side of the living room:

– One-room apartment with an eat-in kitchen overlooking the sea, equipped with air conditioning, TV, and a mezzanine with two single beds, a master bedroom, and a complete bathroom.
– Two-room apartment with a living room, small kitchen, an air-conditioned quadruple bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with two additional single beds, a second bedroom with 2 single beds (one on a mezzanine and the other on the ground floor), and a complete bathroom.

Outdoor Areas
– Private garden in front of the house with a jacuzzi and barbecue
– Reserved parking for up to 2 cars; excellent location to enjoy the sea without taking the car
– Villa with direct sea access: accessible low cliff, ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts

– Pets allowed only upon request with an extra fee to be paid on site
– Bed and bath linens available upon request at a cost of €15 per person per week, to be paid upon arrival
