Newly renovated accommodation located in the charming Borgo Terra of Castrignano del Capo, just a few km from the beaches of Capo di Leuca.
The accommodation, spread over two floors, is laid out as follows:
Air-conditioned kitchenette, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, safe, fridge, TV, oven, and induction hob. Table for 4 people. Externally, next to the kitchen, there is a second bathroom with a washing machine, toilet, and shower box. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, there is a lovely living area created from a star-vaulted room with an L-shaped sofa bed, satellite TV, minibar, main bathroom with shower box, and a mezzanine bedroom with a queen size bed. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
Wi-Fi is available in the living area and also reaches the kitchen.
Convenient location for exploring the historic center of Castrignano on foot.
Various services within easy reach, free parking near the accommodation.
Sandy beaches less than 10 minutes away by car, the town of Santa Maria di Leuca and the Adriatic coast with renowned rocky coves reachable in 5 minutes by car.

Tourist tax to be paid on site.
Bed and bath linen available upon request at an extra cost of EUR 15 per person per week.
