Villa with private sea access in a huge garden
In a wonderful pine forest of over 10 thousand square meters overlooking the sea, stands this large villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
A private path leads directly from the property, passes some picnic areas with breathtaking views, goes down to the sea, where four entrances allow you to swim, dive, snorkel or fish in the crystal clear water of the Lower Adriatic. It is not uncommon to spot some passing dolphins (attention: steep path and access to the sea from the rocks not suitable for small children or people with walking difficulties).
