The Olive Tree is a stone accommodation located along the Otranto-S.Maria di Leuca coast, in the Marina di Novaglie, 300 meters from the sea.
The structure is inside a complex with two other apartments, which can be accessed from a private driveway, equipped with a parking area.
The interior consists of a double bedroom, two bathrooms with showers, and a living area with a kitchenette and sofa bed. Outside, there is a shaded patio with a table, lounge, and deck chairs.
In the garden, a swimming pool embraced by a solarium area where you can lie down in the cool shade of age-old olive trees and varied plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
