Luciana’s Houses are independent apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms, air-conditioned and recently built.
They are less than a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the sandy coast of Puglia: the Maldives of Salento.

The solution in question has a private patio equipped for outdoor dining, parking space, and barbecue. The apartment is on the raised ground floor and consists of a living area with an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction cooker, a bathroom with a shower box, and two bedrooms.
All rooms are air-conditioned and all windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets.

Bath/bed linen available on request at a cost of EUR 15 per person.
Pets allowed on request and with a supplement.
The cost of the final cleaning is a fixed 60 euros to be paid upon arrival.

The beach and the center of the town are easily accessible on foot.
Tourist tax to be paid directly upon arrival.
