Close to the beach of Torre Pali, easily accessible on foot 250 metres away, we find a charming independent villa with a surrounding courtyard. The accommodation has a double entrance onto the courtyard, internal car parking and a large and comfortable covered patio at the back, fully equipped. The house has a spacious living room furnished with a table, chairs, TV, a double sofa bed, next to which is the fully equipped kitchen from where you can access the rear patio. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one triple with a double bed and a single bed, and the other double with two single beds. Finally, a fully equipped bathroom. In the large and comfortable covered patio at the back of the house there is a recently built fully equipped bathroom, a barbecue, some sun loungers and a table, ideal for spending pleasant summer evenings. Air conditioning is present in the sleeping area next to the two bedrooms. Under the external covered patio there is a second fully equipped bathroom, a barbecue, some sun loungers and a table for eating outside. Within a 400 metre radius there are various services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, newsagents, etc. Tourist tax not included in the price, to be paid on arrival. Bathroom/bed linen available on request at an additional cost per person per week. Pets allowed only on request and with a supplement to be paid on site.
