Architect design luxury villa with pool and olive grove
A few kilometers from the golden beaches of Pescoluse, on the Salento Ionian coast stands this luxury villa designed by a well-known internationally renowned architect.
A place of escape immersed in the countryside and in a nature that, with secular olive trees and maritime pines, contains the secret of a fascinating and evocative landscape.
Arranged on one level, the plan is inspired by the Salento farms and respects the pre-existing vegetation brought to light through an etched wooden structure that acts as a pergola and supports its branches.
A large six-meter living room facing south forms a whole with the dining-kitchen area and becomes the family's meeting place; this overlooks three bedrooms, all equipped with vestibules and services.
The presence of large windows overlooking the equipped outdoor area, conceived as a natural continuation of the “protected” area as it is paved and designed as a place of relationships with handmade sofas and armchairs, underline the desired and constant relationship between outdoor and indoor spaces.
Detached from the main villa, in a single block in its own right, a pajara used as an annex houses a fourth double bedroom with bathroom, equipped with an outdoor area dedicated to relaxation.
Outside, the large exclusive park, protected by stone walls and a gate, houses a private swimming pool, numerous spaces for relaxation, a ping pong table and a barbecue. The sea view from the panoramic solarium on the flat roof of the villa is splendid (not suitable for children).
The property is located in a quiet area a few kilometers from the seaside resort of Torre Vado, with its restaurants and shops. Numerous sandy beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car, starting from the famous “Maldives of Salento” or some exclusive private beaches available to our guests. Nearby you can also rent a boat with a skipper to discover the rugged coast of Capo di Leuca with its sea caves.
