This ground-floor accommodation offers a comfortable and well-organized stay, ideal for a relaxing seaside holiday.

• Entrance into a spacious living area with a pool table and TV; the living room is shared with the adjacent accommodation ‘Apt Francesca’.
• Sea-view kitchenette with a mezzanine level equipped with two single beds. TV and air conditioning available.
• One air-conditioned double bedroom.
• A full bathroom with a shower cubicle, bidet, and toilet.

Exterior:

• Reserved parking space
• Sea-facing villa with direct access to a low rocky shore.
• Sea view Garden shared with ‘Apt Francesca’, featuring a jacuzzi and a barbecue area.
• Access to a terrace offering one of the most beautiful views of the marina.
• Patio in front of the house, furnished with a gazebo and an outdoor lounge area.

Services:

• Pets allowed only upon request and with an additional fee to be paid on-site.
• Bathroom/bed linen available upon request at a cost of €15 per person per week, payable upon arrival.
